Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping KwaMakhumalo ships worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
